In the last episode of ‘All colour of the rainbow’ it was the turn of the Italian Ferrari FF. For this series we have been looking for a suitable Audi for quite a long time. Audi’s are known for their business-like colours but there is an exception. It’s the Audi RS5 which can be found in many cool and trendy colours. In this special you can find every colour ever spotte don this German sporty coupe.
Since its introduction in 2010 the Audi RS5 is in our hearts. It was presented first in Geneva at the beginning of that year. The RS5 is the fastest spec of the elegant A5 Coupe, drawn by Walter de Silva. It’s a timeless design and the RS5 is the thoughest looking version of that. The main differences of the RS5 are the wider wheelarches and more aggressive front when it comes to looks. The back of the car can be recognized by two big oval exhausts, a diffuser and a adjustable spoiler. The differences are easily visible, in contrast with the Audi S5. Under the bonnet a 4.2 liter V8 is placed, good enough for 450 bhp. The engine is atmospheric so you need to push the car if you really want to use the full potential. This makes the RS5 an different experience to drive from the RS6, which is turbocharged.
In terms of colours the RS5 is, together with the R8, the most flashy Audi on Autogespot. The car can be ordered in all kinds of colours and we’ve already seen some very interesting colours in this Audi. Two of these unique colours are spotlighted earlier Suzuka Grey and the one-off colour Almondgreen. The colours variete from the sublime Ipanema Braun to the business-like Daytona Grey.
