The German Autobahn is one of the few places in the world where you can still test the top speed of your car. That's something which isn't possibe in the United States. The sherrifs love to give you a big fine when you're speeding. Two owners recently visited Germany with their McLaren P1, probably to test their top speed!
Spotter Fabian Baege spotted this special duo at the Autobahn near Karlsbad. Earlier, he spotted the duo at Motorworld Böblingen but he didn't expect to see these hypercars on the highway. The Americans probably picked up their P1s at McLaren in the United Kingdom and decided to make a trip through Europe. In Germany, you can really speed with this 916 hp strong hypercar.
The top speed of the McLaren P1 is a limited 350 kph but it are the sprints that will make it a lot of fun at the Autobahn. In less than seven seconds you can sprint from zero to 200 kph and the sprint from zero to 300 kph takes only seventeen seconds. With the phenomenal sprinting power you can have a lot of fun with the other traffic! We're wondering where the Americans will be spotted next!
