During the season final of the DTM Championship, next Sunday, a self-driving Audi RS7 Sportback will doe a fast lap on the track of Hockenheim. The self-driving Audi RS 7 will race the track. We're wondering what that will look like! BMW already showed us a self-driftingcar before, and now it's up to Audi to do something special with their RS7.
Thanks to Audi's newest technology, the RS7 will drive at the fysical limit. This will make the car almost just as fast as with a professional driver behind the steering wheel. Based on simulations of the Grand Prix track, they expect a lap time of just over two minutes and a top speed of 240 kph. Audi emphasizes the big potential of autonomous driving with this self-driving RS7. This is a technology we can expect from Audi in the future.
