Bentley has high expectations of their 2015 SUV
In less than three years, the Bentley-showrooms will be filled with a big SUV. Volkswagen has agreed with the development of the cars and people are working on a business case for this car. Bentley expects this car to be a success, when it will eventually be sold. We doubt it, because the concept model wasn’t received by the audience very well.
When the production of this model starts, Bentley expects to sell 3.000 copies in the first year. The price of this car will be higher than any other SUV. The price will be between 160.000 and 200.000 Euros, without any taxes. The most important markets for Bentley will be the United States of America, the United Kingdom and China. Due to high demand in China, Bentley sold 37 percent more cars as they did in 2010. Because of this, the company made a profit, for the first time since 2008.
