The white colour is thrown away and BMW now presents us a black M4 Safety Car for the 2015 MotoGP season. It's not just a M4 F82 Coupé with some striping. No, BMW did a great job and introduces a new innovation in this M4. Are you wondering what they come up with?
This is the 17th season that BMW is official supplier of the Safety car and they recently renewed the contract to 2020. By then they will probably use another model than this M4. Back to the M4 F82 Coupé which is equipped with water injection. Water injection in an engine? Yes! BMW has placed a five liter water tank in the back. The water cools the air which is pressed into the turbo for even better performance. In the following movie BMW will show this new technology. Besides this technological innovation the M4 looks just amazing in this trim. We now also know that BMW wasn't working on a M4 GTS but on this new technology for the safety car.
