The most important show that started off 2015 is the North American International Auto Show. You’ve already read a lot of articles about this show on Autogespot. Meanwhile it’s time for the next show, the Chicago Auto Show. Of course we will also publish the most important news from this show! One of the highlights is the Ford GT, this time in the colour Liquid Silver!
The Ford Ecoboost V6 with a double turbo produces over 600 hp. When you combine this with the low weight thanks to the many carbon fiber and aluminum parts, it results in a brutal car. Of course the car is rear-wheel driven and the Michelin tires have to make sure that all the power is transferred to the streets. Ford did a great job on the development of the GT and the body and interior are completely made out of carbon fiber. The production of the car will start at the end of 2016 but we can already see the car in a few races in 2015, we can’t wait!
