- Pictures must have a decent quality.
- Spots at circuits are not allowed.
- Spots at meetings are not allowed.
- It's not allowed to cover the whole license plate, leave at least 2 digits or letters open.
- Is the brand or type not in the list, fill it in by Else
- For dutch cars you can check the website of the RDW.
