Spotted: Jaguar XF-R during the Goodwood festival of speed
The Jaguar XF can be found in showrooms for quite a while now, you also see it occasionally on the streets. It is about time for a extra performance version for this British car. In May you might have seen some spyshots of the XF-R. Recently the XF-R was spotted during the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
These are the first pictures of the XF-R without any camouflage. For most of the visitors it must have been a complete surprise to see the XF-R coming by, this can also be seen in the pictures which are probably made in a hurry. The Jaguar XF-R is probably powered by a supercharged V8, which will probably produce around 500 bhp. This must be enough to reach a respectable speed. This way Jaguar is going to compete against BMW Motorsport, AMG and the RS models of Audi Quattro GmbH. Next year you can find the XF-R in the showrooms.
