The car we saw at the well known Nürburgring looks smaller than the Cayenne we know. It could be that Porsche is downsizing their models. The Cayenne is still the best selling model from the Germans, but as the trend is on big cars the sale is shrinking. This is due to the fact that fuel prises keep rising. The tested car you see on the pictures will be for sale in 2010, we can probably expect the first official photo’s next year.







The car being tested is powered by a V8, you can clearly hear it when you play the movie. Rumours has it that Porsche will also develop a hybrid version of the Cayenne, to please the environmental freaks, they might even develop a diesel powered Cayenne. Let’s just hope that last rumour will just stay a rumour. A diesel engine in a Porsche just isn’t right.
