No more than 100 pieces of his model were built between 1957 and 1962, and therefore it is seen as one of the most valuable street-legal Ferrari’s. One of the auctioned pieces is a classic red (Rosso) LWB with covered headlights from 1958, the other one is an SWB from 1961, in original black (Nero). These cars are expected to raise $4,000,000 to even $6,000,000! Only one 250 California Spyder has ever found its way to Autogespot! Our spotter from Amsterdam, Appeltje, was as lucky to see one, and did not for a moment hesitate to take some pictures!
