Revealed: the new Rolls-Royce

Finally, the time is upon us! Preceded by many rumors, the official unveiling of the new coupé version of the Rolls-Royce Phantom will take place at the car show in Geneva. Since it was based on the Phantom, we think customers can expect a lot of this car! Some breathtaking pictures of this car have shown up on the internet lately.

As with the open version, the Drophead Coupé, this Phantom is fitted with special LED-lighting. The fantastic grille used on the Drophead Coupé can also be found on this car. At the back, a lot of modern technology has been used, like a rear-facing camera. Lots of gadgets can also be found in the interior.

Another important thing is that this model is really made to drive, and not to be driven in, as with the normal Phantom. This is because of some changes in the chassis. This car is powered by the astonishing V12 that always has enough power, thanks to the 450 bhp. This engine can be found in the Drophead Coupé as well as the Phantom. The limited topspeed of 250 km/h seems to be more than enough for a car of these mythical proportions.

As always with Rolls Royce, the overall design of the car isn't surprising. However, if you look closely, you can see some subtle differences. And that's what makes Rolls-Royce so special, their everlasting attention to detail.

In the Netherlands, future owners may count on a price over €600,000.-.
