Many of us know the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera is an upgraded version of the "normal" Lamborghini Gallardo. The engine was tuned and now delivers 10 HP more than the standard version, and by using lots of carbonfiber, and other lightweight materials, the total weight dropped 100 kilograms. As a result, it's quicker, with a top speed of 320 km/h, it looks mean, and it's a worthy competitor to the Ferrari 430 Scuderia and the Porsche 997 GT2.
Talking about which...can we say: Time for a scoop?
Yes we can, spotters Dave and Jan were on their way home when, by chance, they saw this brand new Porsche. It's clear they didn't hesitate to turn around and shoot some pictures of it. This Porsche was spotted in Houten, on a set of fat, black rims. Good choice by the owner! Now the yellow brake calipers really stand out!

The GT2 is the hardcore version of the already stunning Porsche 997 Turbo. It was fitted with the 3,6 litre boxer-engine with a double variable turbo which is also found in the 997 Turbo. In the GT2, it puts out 50 HP more, delivering a staggering 530 HP! Because of these extra horsepowers and the obvious weight reduction, the GT2 will go from naught to 100 km/h in 3,6 seconds. And that's faster than its big brother...the Carrera GT! It won't stop going until you're at 328 km/h, making it a little bit faster than the Lamborghini Gallardo.
But well...here in Holland these cars will never even get near their top speed. Not that it matters, as long as they drive by slowly, revving bit, we're enjoying them just as much! And for the owners...there's always a track they can go to.
