Spotted: Purple FAB design CL

Extremely tuned cars, a well known phenomenon in the middle east and the United States. You’ll see them a lot less in Europe, but now and then you do come across one of these extreme cars. For example this tuned CL that has been spotted in Geneva.

Spotter CroDejan saw this purple exotic car in rainy Switzerland. This was once a standard Mercedes CL 600, now the car looks a little different. German tuner FAB Design has had its way with this Benz, they have fitted a completely different bodykit and simultaneously made a Wide Body version of it. They also put on new 20 inch rims and four fat exhaust pipes. Of course this Benz also received a new interior, but unfortunately this can’t be seen on the pictures.

FAB didn’t just take care of the looks, but also changed a few things on the engine. The biturbo V12 which produces 517 bhp when it leaves the factory received an upgrade and now produces a staggering 650 bhp and 1120 Nm of torque. Thanks to this upgrade the car sprints to 100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds and races on to a top speed of 320 km/h. Nice little fact, this FAB Design CL has been displayed on the Motorshow of Geneva.
