In 2010 Alfa will celebrate it’s 100 birthday. This is something that needs a celebration. How can this be done properly? You’ll need a huge cake. This is why Luca de Mea thought about a “superleggera” version of the 8C. This will mean that Alfa will build a 8C with more power that the normal 450 bhp and less weight than the 8C has right now. This car will probably compete with cars like Ferrari’s and Lamborghini’s. This still is a rumour, not yet confirmed by Alfa. First we can enjoy the 8C coupe and next year the Spider. If Alfa Romeo is going to build this faster 8C we think that they will build exactly 100 cars, we hardly can’t wait, but only time will tell...
