Spotted: Phantom EWB facelift

Spotted: Phantom EWB facelift

The Rolls Royce Phantom is on the market for quite some years now. The car had his debut in 2003 to be precise. The exterior of the Phantom is grand, but after a while it just looks a bit to “usual”. This is probably just what the people at Rolls must have thought. Without any warning we see some minor changes on the Rolls Royce Phantom EWB.

In France spotter Redline was able to photograph this long limousine and also made some nice pictures. He probably didn’t even realised that this was a facelift. We also had to look twice to the pictures before we saw the changes, but we did see something wasn’t quite right. If you are used to the normal Phantom you’ll immediately see the differences. You can spot bigger mirrors and a modified front bumper. This looks somewhat like the bumper on the Drophead Coupe and Phantom Coupe. You can also see new rims and the tail lights look different.

Of course it is possible that a customer wanted all these features on his Phantom. This isn’t likely but can be, due to the Bespoke-program. On the licence plate you can see the combination HX08, this combination is used quite a lot on factory Rolls Royce’s. We are eager to know if the facelift is only for the EWB, or also for the regular Phantom. We can’t wait to see a refreshed Phantom on this website.
