2009: which city got the most new spots?

London has by far the most new spots. By itself pretty logical because the city is easily accessible and with 100.000 millionaires, the richest city in Europe. This is the city where the most extreme bonuses are given to senior executives. Even during the crisis expensive cars were abundant. Monaco is visited pretty much only during the summer and scores as well as London, when it comes to the number of new spots. The most remarkable is Barcelona, a city which is put on the map in 2009, by many Spanish spotters.
