There used to be an embargo on ABT's photos of their all new R8 GT R. Hurray, the official photos have been released, but hey, who cares? Live footage is way better than boring press renderings. ABT is ready to show us the R8 with 620 bhp, also known as the R8 GT R. This car is the most important news ABT Sportsline is bringing us this month. Let's check it out.

Here they are, live images from the Geneva Motor Show! ABT Sportsline created the perfect car for a trackday. Anything you need comes with this car. From a large wing to create more downforce to sport seats, a fire extinguisher, roll cage and four-point-seatbelts. ABT has spent quite some time fine-tuning this car and they did a great job. The base for this car is the R8 V10. That's not really a slow car but 620 bhp makes the car a lot quicker. A hundred kilometers per hour is reached in 3.2 seconds and ABT Sportsline will only built 25 of these cars. Hopefully we'll see one soon on the track!
