If you're interested in a supercar, you can go and look for one at dozens of special makes nowadays. One of those special makes is Gumpert from Germany. In 2007, the hottest color to have on your car was white. Ofcourse, the smaller companies also noticed this and started using it on their cars. As a result, the real die-hards say the colour isn't exclusive enough anymore and they think it's time for something else. At the tuningshow in Essen, a new color was shown that didn't occur before in the realm of cars... matte black.  

Two weeks ago, a second version of the Corvette C6 was launched. After the Ron Fellows-edition, another special edition was made, called Corvette 427 Limited Edition Z06. It was made in honor of the special Corvettes from the sixties and seventies. You know, the ones with the huge engines.  

Testing never stops, Porsche keeps testing their new cars. After all of this test work we expect a lot from the Porsche Panamera. You’ve probably heart of this car and seen a lot of spy shots of this four-door-saloon. At this point Porsche is testing the car in a freezing environment. Next to some pictures, a movie has been made of this car as well.  

A while ago one of our spotters, Willemvdberg, has been to Nürburg, where he spotted this creation. When we saw this car, we didn’t know what it was. After a bit of research, involving the RAC vehicle check we found it’s a X-Works. A bit of further research via Google brought us to Autoblog.nl, where we found some more information about this creation.  

This weekend was very good for car-spotters in the Netherlands, two exotics were spotted that were never seen in the Netherlands before. The first one was the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, the hardcore version of the Lamborghini Gallardo. And second, the long-awaited Porsche 997 GT2. With these two cars driving around here, some spotters can start dreaming about shooting one.  

The fastest Ford Focus of the current model is the Ford Focus ST. It's quite a pretty car in some shiny colours. Ford, though, has more plans. Soon, probably on the Geneva Auto Show, a faster version, the RS, will be introduced. Autobild has shown a possible interpretation.  

Poland isn’t the ideal location to spot massive amounts of exotic cars you might think. Today the opposite has been proved. One true superspot and a combo you probably only see in cities like London or Monaco. The location doesn’t look like much. This just showes you the massive contrast between poor and rich in a country like this!  

Cars with big mouths, or large grilles in cars. This is a huge trend in the automotive industry. Just think about almost all of the new models of Peugeot. This trend is not only seen on affordable models, on a lot of exotic cars you also see large grilles. If a manufacturer won’t supply you with one, just have to drive it to a tuner who will provide you with one. Here's a list of some exotic cars with huge mouths.  

The guys at Volkswagen are known to produce the best diesel-engines in the world. The V10 diesel might just be the right engine to find a place in the engine-compartment of a Bentley!  

Just before the face lifted SL makes its entree on the market, Lorinser makes a limited Nardo3-version of it. The Nardo3 is based on the previous SL, namely the SL65 AMG and has been brighten up with four great rims and an impressive body kit. The backside looks also pretty good, the exhaust pipes are fitted really neatly.  

For those who think their brute CL65 AMG isn’t good enough and feel they want more power, listen up! Tuner Vath has prepared a package that increases the power over 700hp.

In Australia they just love cars with a huge V8. Think about Holden, most of their cars have a V8. Ofcourse the Ford GT is welcome in this country. There is only one small problem, the steering wheel has to be on the right side. Luckily there is a solution at this moment.  

Sometimes you come across some cars of which you just can't tell if it's real or whether it's done with Photoshop, as it is the case with the following picture. This red Lamborghini Reventón appeared on our forum and created lots of doubt amongst us. As a millionaire, you can put quite an amount of money on the table, of course, to get a special colour on your Reventón. The standard colour is Marrone Apus, so the Lambo has got to be resprayed if it's a real one. Actually, the original Revontón-colour is also available on the Gallardo via the Ad Personam-program. Is this Photoshop or are we dealing with a millionaire who is as mad as a hatter? Help us to find the source!  

Nowadays, it's not really strange to see all kinds of colors on cars. Last year, for example, it was cool to have a white car and now the color to have is not metallic, but matte! And then we haven't even mentioned the very strange colors on cars we sometimes see, mostly in the Middle East!  

Sometimes it’s hard to imagine that the things you see are really true. A while ago you could have seen a Porsche 968 Sportkombi with a drawhook on the Dutch frontpage. It wouldn’t be strange if it was a Porsche Cayenne. Don’t think this is just a one of a kind car, we’ve found a lot more of these strange creations. For example: cars with roof boxes, but not the usual cars like the Opel Zafira or the Fiat Multipla. There are also different exotics spotted with roof boxes on a skiing trip!  

A lot has been written about the beautiful Fisker Karma lately. A hybrid car with very low emission, stunning looks and a superb performance. If it all goes according to plan, we can expect a two-door-version of the Karma in 2009. This news was presented by the J.D. Power Roundtable in San Francisco.  

The first GT-R has been spotted! Well, the first one without any camouflage. Last May, we already spotted the Nissan GT-R somewhere around the Nürburgring. And now he has been spotted in the continent where he has been on sale for quite some time and where one has already crashed. A member of spotting group Murcielago came across this brute Nissan in Singapore.
