Compared to other sportscar manufacturers, Gumpert is not that big of a company. Despite the size of the company, we all know the Apollo. No, not NASA's space program, but the extreme car with 650 bhp. A small company like Gumpert is able to spend a lot of time on the car's development. The 650 bhp is massive but at least it was enough to beat a Koenigsegg on the famous Top Gear track. The Gumpert Apollo comes in several versions, one of them is the Apollo Sport. More bhp and a hell of a lot faster than the standard Apollo. Even though the company is not as big as some other car manufacturers, they do have their own area at the Geneva Motor Show.  

The top ten of France is well filled with remarkable spots. Once again, it was quite hard to put together a top ten. We have aligned the most special cars for you, including a Dax Kamala, the Ronart Lightning and the RUF RK Spyder. Besides that, many more amazing cars have been uploaded during 2009, but we think these are the best.  

Eisenritter is one of our usual German spotters and he always knows where to find some of the finest exotics driving around in the northern part of Germany. We chose one of his spots as spot of the day. He managed to spot one of the most extreme supercars available at the moment, the Gumpert Apollo Sport. Okay, so we've got another supercar for 'spot of the day' but hey, this really is just one bad-ass car!
