    Thanks to all !
@Enzo1912: I had no idea about AG and its rules when I was young :). So - unfortunately - only a few of my old spots are in accordance with the rules now. In addition, the Iron Curtain era prevented against exotic cars almost perfectly in seventies.

This is exactly the way this Ferrari should look : all dirty and muddy, proof of having travelled a lot.

Just imagine, what it was like to have a car like that back then. Today, when you drive a Ferrari, you get a lot of attention. But back then ... extreme!! People would go crazy I can imagine.

Dear spotter, can you tell us more about how people or in particular you reacted to cars like that?

@Kylee006: First of all, almost none of the population owned such a car. We could see these cars under foreign plates only. Meeting with Ferrari, Lamborghini was real miracle.
Secondly, most of people had "envied" not only these cars, but also - perhaps primarily - that visitors lived in a better, free world.
    I was one of them.

This Daytona was owned by the Italian racer Martino Finotto at this time. He was taking part in the Mistrovství Evropy automobilů, Grand Prix Brno, on May 21st, 1972 in his Ford Escort 1600 RS.

    Great shots!

@Andreas Birner: sorry, I didn´t notice your comment, you´re right, Martino Finotto competing for Jolly Team in those times.
