Powered bya 2.5 liter TFSI five cylinder engine the RS3 Sportback accelerates to 100 kph in 4.3 seconds. The electronically limited top speed is 250 kph but can be increased to 280 kph.

This is due to two valves of the RS exhaust system which can be adjusted via the Audi drive select system. A sevenspeed S tronic gearbox which shifts gears even faster than the previous model transfers the power to all four wheels. The steering of the RS3 Sportback is very direct. On all surfaces with less grip you can easily get the car into a drift if you want to. As an option you can order calipers with eight pistons, carbon ceramic brakes on the front axle and S sports seats with a diamond pattern and perforated leather or RS bucket seats with integrated side airbags and a carbon fiber scale.
