Geneva 2015: Brabus 850 Coupe

Mercedes-AMG has the S 63 Coupé, Brabus makes it even better with the new 850 6.0 Biturbo Coupé. According to the German tuning company this is the most powerful coupe in the world. Brabus of course shows this car in Geneva.

Brabus tuned AMG’s V8 engine just like they with their other 850 models. The engine capacity is increased and they installed more powerful components. They also added two enormous turbos which boost the power to 850 hp and 1.150 Nm of torque. The torque is already available at 2.500 rpm. According to Brabus the car has a limited top speed of 350 kph. The sprint to 100 kph takes the 850 Coupé only 3.5 seconds.

Brabus gave the exterior a subtle bodykit to make the S-Class Coupé look even more exclusive. The carbon fiber spoilers aren’t only decoration but they ‘re also functional. The front spoiler decreases the lift on the front axle and the rear spoiler increases the downforce on the rear axle. The big coupé has a great handling thanks to these adjustments.

While the exterior shows us how potent this car is, the interior is all about treating the passengers. The interior is completely refurbished with softer and higher quality leather. Brabus choose a more contrasting copper colour for the components. A total of 2019 components are painted in the colour Shadow Gold. Normally these components are painted in silver. Those who want to can also order these components in a golden colour. Eventually the wood is replaced by carbon fiber components. Subtle 850 logos refer to the power of the impressive Brabus 850 Coupé.
