Porsche introduces the Cayman GT4, a mid-engine sports car with components of the 911 GT3. The Cayman GT4 is a real statement: it does a lap at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 7 minutes and 40 seconds and it makes clear that Porsche will keep building pure sports cars in the future. Porsche brought the most powerful Cayman ever to Geneva.

Despite the fact that Porsche builds a lot of hybrids, diesels and other not interesting models, Porsche perfectly manges to compensate this with some amazing models. The Cayman GT4 is definitely one of these models.

The 3.8 liter six-cylinder boxer engine producing 385 hp is derived from the engine of the 911 Carrera S. In combination with the six speed gearbox, the sprint from zero to 100 kph takes 4.4 seconds. The top speed of the car is 295 kph. Almost all components from the suspension and the big brakes come from the 911 GT3.

With three big air intakes on the front and the big and solid rear spoiler differs the GT4 from the other Cayman models. These features a create maximum downforce and optimal grip. Next to that the sportiness of this model is emphasized with the Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake system, lightweight sport bucket seats with a carbon fiber structure and the Sport Chrone Package with the unique Track Precision app and the Club Sport Package.
