Geneva 2016: Bentley Flying Spur V8 S

Bentley Motors presented some big news at last year's Geneva Motor Show, the Bentayga. This year, they bring us the renewed Mulsanne. Next to that, they also brought the more sporty Flying Spur V8 S to Geneva. We can now show you some photos live from the show.

The V8 S version is already availble for the Continental GT for quite a while. Bentley now placed the same sporty engine together with other sporty elements in the Flying Spur. It's all about more power, a more sporty suspension and a better steering Bentley. The engine produces 530 hp and 680 Nm of torque at only 1.700 rpm. Thanks to the improved gear ratios and the extra amount of power, the V8 S is 0.3 seconds faster in a sprint from zero to 100 kph, it now takes only 4.9 seconds. With a top speed of 306 kph, you can keep up with most of the other sports cars while having a lot of comfort. Bentley also comes up with an eight gear to emphasize the sporty character of the car even more.

The adjustments to the exterior are a black grille, sporty diffuser and several V8 S logos. Bentley always has a minimalistic design and that's also with this version. Via the Mulliner program you can choose for the necessary extra options. The first deliveries of the Flying Spur V8 S will start next summer.
