Guy drives over foot of NYPD agent!
In the following movie something happens the driver only can blame himself. The owner gets a ticket and while the agent is still writing it the driver wants to leave the scene. The agent is in front of the car and after multiple warnings of the agent the driver runs over the foot of the agent. What then happens is a nice arrest of the driver.
