During the IAA in Frankfurt, Alpina was testing the Alpina B4 and B3 on the world famous Nordschleife. In all ease, they were testing the cars without all the press around the track. Unfortunately for Alpina, we were present and we already captured the B4. The car is now officially released and we have to say that the car has a great performance, is very comfortable but still sporty. Meet the Alpina B4 Bi-Turbo.

The three liters straight six with two turbos produces up to 410 hp and 600 Nm of torque. We expect the M4 to have the same amount of power although we still have to wait for the Geneva Motor Show to meet this car. The Alpina doesn’t look very outstanding, just like we’re used to. The car does have the characterizing 20” Alpina wheels. At the front, we see a subtle but nice spoiler with the letters Alpina. At the back, we see a small spoiler on the trunk for more downforce. The B4 is able to reach speeds above 300 kph and the sprint to 100 kph takes just 4.2 seconds. Combine this with a consumption of less than ten liters per 100 kilometers and this results in a perfect car!
