Lamborghini Veneno Roadster shows off in Geneva

Fireworks in Geneva last week. Up to three hypercars were spotted in the Swiss city. An Aston Martin One-77, Koenigsegg One:1 and eventually a Lamborghini Veneno Roadster. We haven't seen Geneva this extreme that often!

The Lamborghini Veneno Roadster definitely deserves a spot on our frontpage. There's no other car that looks this extreme and that's this exclusive. The owner, probably the same person as the owner of the Koenigsegg One:1, paid at least 3.3 million euros for this beats. Both cars have a license plate from Equatorial Guinea and that's quite remarkable. We guess that these cars are owned by the same family as the cars that were confiscated in Paris in 2013. These cars were owned by the son of the president, Teodorin Obiang. He was suspected of corruption and that's why all his supercars were confiscated.

Just as remarkable as the license plate is the composition of this monster. The owner chose a soft creme colour. The colour doesn't really fit on a car as extreme as this one. For Lamborghini, the Veneno is one of the most extreme projects ever made. Often these extreme creations end up in a museum but not this time. Great news for those who love these extreme Lamborghinis. Next year they will unveil another extreme model on the Geneva Motor Show.
