Radical racer on Swiss territory

Radical racer on Swiss territory

Thinking of Switzerland I imagine curvy roads, mountains, and a beautiful landscape. Switzerland looks like the perfect setting for some fun driving with a great handling car.

Still Switzerland isn't the most logical place for a supercar on the public streets. It's officially forbidden to race in Switzerland since the horror crash during the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1955 where up to 83 people died. Now, up to sixty years later, people are talking about organizing a Formula E race, next year. The speeding tickets in Switzerland are also incredibly high. Still we find this Radical RXC Turbo 500 on the Swiss streets.

The Radical RXC Turbo 500 is powered by the 3.5 liter Ford Ecoboost V6 under the hood. This engine will also power the new Ford GT. With the most recent specifications this engin produces 530 hp which is transfered to the rear wheels via a seven speed Quaife gearbox. Ideal for racing and perfect to stay ahead of all the other cars on the Nürburgring. As we can see on the photos, we can't think of a better street legal racing car than this Radical. How about you?
