Desirable and the holder of a world record for years. Of course we're talking about the McLaren F1. For a very long time this car was the top speed record holder but this car was finally beaten by the Bugatti Veyron 16.4. A beautiful copy was spotted in a small town named Breckenridge, Colorado in the United States.
The McLaren F1 will always be an amazing car. This is an original Swiss copy which is imported to the United States. The original Swiss license plates can still be found at the front of the car. At the back we see the license plate that comes with the car nowadays. This car is production number 36. The car was built in 1995 and this is the 30th copy built for the public road.
From Texas to Breckenride Colorado is quite a drive, at least 500 kilometers. Breckenridge Colorado is a ski resort during winter and during summer this is a great place to drive around with your supercar. The V12 at the back is equipped with a gold leaf heat shield, the best way to conduct heat. It's something we also see at Brabus' engines. The car is powered by a 6.1 liter V12 from BMW. The engine produces 627 hp and you can sprint to 100 kph in 3.2 seconds.
The McLaren F1 isn't spotted that often but now two copies were spotted in only a short period of time. Earlier, Rowan Atkinson was sspotted in London with his McLaren F1.
