Mansory Aston Martin V8 Vantage

The German tuner Mansory rebuilds Rolls Royce's and Bentley's limousines for a long time, but also models of the British Aston Martin are not unknown. For example, they already have taken the Vanquish S and the DB9 Volante in their hands and now, it was time for the smallest of the family. The result: the Mansory Aston Martin Vantage V8. He looks really incredible! Unfortunately, they have left the 4.3-litre V8 untouched because it could easily have had more than 380 hp. What they did do is replacing the plate that covers the engine by red carbon-fibre.

Luckily, they have adjusted the exterior, and that they did well. The baby-Aston looks awesome and brute with the new front-bumper front-spoiler inclusive. In the front-bumper, there's a light-weight radiator-grille that swallows a couple of litres of air every second. The grille has remained its shape so you can still recognise it's an Aston. If you have a look at its side, you see new side-skirts. In these side-skirts, you see a carbon-fibre detail near the rear tyres. You also find one in the front-bumper and on the rest of the car. Behind this piece of carbon-fibre, there are air intakes who cool down the rear tyres. The four tiny fog-lights in the front-bumper are also a beautiful detail. It's a very beautiful sight, especially at night. The exterior of this brute Aston especially had to be aerodynamic. This is realised by adding air intakes at the front, the back and at the side of the race monster. At the back, you find a spoiler that prevents that the car will take off when you pass 250 km/h. The diffuser of carbon-fibre also helps preventing that. The middle line of the normal V8 Vantage's rear-lights are painted in the colour of the car. Not with this one. Just as you see carbon-fibre elements all over the car, they also have made that line out if carbon-fibre. The growl the V8 produces sounds like the growl of a NASCAR-racer, but with the exhaus-pipes in this Vantage, he would sound even better. They kind of have something in common with those of the Lexus IS-F... The Aston has 20" light-weight aluminium wheels. The brakes are from Brembo.

When you enter a normal V8 Vantage, you already enter in one of the most magnificent interiors you can get. Mansory even has made it prettier. Take for example the heavy-looking steering-wheel that lies in your hand naturally and with the carbon-fibre, it's a treat to look at it. It's all carbon-fibre that is order of the day. You find it everywhere on the dashboard! Even on the gear shift!
