You can start dreaming now that Jaguar unveiled the F-TYPE Coupé. With 550 hp, this F-TYPE R is very powerful but this isn’t the limit. It’s almost certain that Jaguar will come up with a RS version together with a RS GT version in the future.
That’s what Jaguar’s design director, Ian Callum, told AutoCar on the Los Angeles Motorshow. According to him, the F-TYPE is required to extend itself in all possible directs and the platform of the car is suitable for an even more powerful version. Jaguar has a great policy for the product lifecycle of the car so they will probably wait a few more months before they will introduce these versions. Ian Callum already told us that the RS version is one of the possibilities, for the F-TYPE Roadster as well as the F-TYPE Coupé.
