Koenigsegg is making plans to return to the Nürburgring

With lifting of the speed limits on the Nürburgring earlier this year it's time for car manufacturers to take their cars to the track again. Koenigsegg is one of the first companies who told us tha they're planning a return to the Nürburgring. At first they will do a few testing laps but when the results are good we can expect some fireworks.

For Koenigsegg this is the ultimate test. Will they be faster than the Porsche 918 Spyder? Koenigsegg will probably take the One:1 to the track. The car is known for its enormous power and the low weight. 1360 hp with a weight of only 1360 kilograms. You might understand how Koenigsegg came up with the name for this model. For those who are wondering what it looks like when a Koenigsegg floors the pedal on the long straight we've added the following movie.
