L4P SLR777: an unique project in the United States of America
It won’t be the first time that a car is modified with parts from different tuners. Wheels from wheel manufacturer A and a bodykit by tuner B. In the United States kasmac92 spotted a project which is made by luxury lifestyle community Luxury4Play.
This outrageous creation looks like a real monster when you see it. There are several tuners which have been busy with the project: Platinum Motorsport, RENNtech, MACarbon, Mansory and Exotics Boutique. Mansory was responsible for the bodykit of this Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. RENNtech did the engine tuning and they gave the car 770 bhp. This was done by an ECU upgrade, a different exhaust, other catalysators and new cylinder heads. The other modifications by RENNtech are the gearbox, the chassis, the brakes and the differential. In terms of technology the SLR McLaren is better in almost any way. The car can do a quartermile in just 10,29 seconds.
After that, MACarbon has placed several carbon fiber parts in the interior. Platinum Motorsport finished the SLR in a unique white paint. Next to the carbon fiber the interior is completely in alcantara. Platinum Motorsport chose for Agetro wheels, in a size of 20 inch. The name this car is given is LP4 SLR777. You can see this at the license plate. We think it is very over the top, but we really like it!
