@ themanjeroen: een CD-parkeerplaats, bedoelde hij, m.a.w. een parkeerplaats voor mensen die rijden met een CD-kenteken (diplomatisch kenteken, CD staat voor 'corps diplomatique').

That isn´t a CD license plate, its a regular one. The CD have CD writeen on the middle of the plate http://www.worldlicenseplates.com/world/EU_BELG.html
