while my girl friend and I were waking down the street I heard the V12 exhaust note off in the distance. I knew by he note it was probably a Lamborghini, and after several long moments the front nose finally appeared down the street. I could not believe it was a Countach. I don't know what was better seeing this icon or hearing it accelerate down the road with the exhaust bouncing off the buildings.

Thank you J&B Automotive, and Enzo for the comments. Miami has so many modern Lambo's driving around but never the classics. It really blew me away to see this one.

HI Enzo I hope your weekend is a great one as well.

Incredible find! It blew me away when I finally spotted my first Countach a couple months ago, but I wasn't able to get to hear it. I can't imagine what me day would have been like if the owner walked out and revved it for me lol.

@Horse-Power I know the Countach is amazing! I have seen a few in my time, never one on the road. But for me the ultimate classic car is the Lamborghini Miura. It is too beautiful and I hope that you and of course I,will once spot one. I love the Miura S because of the eyelashes around lights and it's sound and everything!

Hi Linus. Thank you for taking the time to look through my older posts, buddy. When I was a kid back in the 80's the two cars that my Dad loved were the Ferrari BB512 Boxer and the Countach. So I learned a whole lot about cars. As I grew older and learned to drive, I did eventually get the opportunity to drive both of my childhood poster cars. The Ferrari was just head and shoulders a better performance car. The bull however had the more aggressive styling as well as the sweeter engine exhaust note. I do hope that you catch that Miura S, it would be like winning the biggest lottery. I have been spotting for over 21 years and seeing those vintage classic in the wild have been impossible where I reside. London would be the best chance to catch one. My favorite classic car would be a Ferrari 250 TDF. The race history was just unbelievable in the late 1950's. Keep up the great work, Linus I always do enjoy seeing and reading your posts. @ST22HTV

@Horse-Power for me,I grew up and my parents weren't interested in cars, but what did it was once going through a bookshop and I saw a picture of a 911 on the front a book. I thought, although at the I didn't know anything about cars, that it was extremely beautiful. And the best thing was,in the Porsche book there was a picture of a Carrera GT and I immediately fell in love with that car and the 911. Porsche is still my all-time favourite. So my car enthusiasm began thanks to Porsche but what really lit the candle was when I was watching an episode of the car show Top Gear and they tested the Aventador. I loved the aggressive look and especially also the sound and when I was doing more research about classic cars I stumbled across the Miura which opened the world of classics up to me,I was immediately struck by it's beauty and it's Italian elegance,I like to think of it as being the Gina Lollobrigida of the car world and without ever even seeing one it became one of favourite cars because it has something very human about it. I love the cars from the 2000-2010s because they where the last unrestricted, full on cars. Now as electric cars and more SUVs are coming in I'm losing interest in the new car world and going back more to the older cars. So the cars which have really made me the car lover I am are the 911,Carrera GT, Aventador and Miura,I'm afraid, Ferrari will never touch those 2 companies for me.
