Lamborghini Huracán LP610-4 is going to conquer the world

Finally, it's time! Earlier than expected, Lamborghini reveals all specs of the Huracán LP610-4. The 610 hp strong V10 makes the car sprint to 100 kph in 3.2 seconds and on to a top speed of 325 kph! Also, potential customers can take a look at the car from January next year, on 130 events in 60 different cities! Lamborghini is really ambitious!

With 14.022 copies built, the Gallardo was the most successful Lamborghini ever. The Huracán has been completely developed from scratch, and again, Lamborghini refers to bull fighting with the car's name. The Huracán was a bull which lived in August 1879 and was known for its aggression and braveness.

The Huracán might be totally new, still though the revolutionary lines of the Gallardo drew a mayor influence, which is clearly visible. Despite that, the Huracán looks like a totally new car which should be on sale for about ten years. The interior is completely redesigned and fitted with a 12.3 inch full colour TFT-screen which gives the driver access to all multi-media they want. The interior can be completely decorated to the buyer's wishes.

The engine is also newly developed and now provides 610 hp and 560 Newtonmeters. The chassis exists out of carbon fiber and aluminum to keep the weight low. Thanks to that, the car has got a dry weight of 1422 kilograms. It's doesn't only give the car a perfect hp-to-weight ratio, but also the precision of a race car. As mentioned before, the Huracán sprints to 100 kph in just 3.2 seconds. In 9.9 it can hit 200 kph and the acceleration ends when the counter hits 325. Of course it is all great fun, but now it's also more responsible to do than with the Gallardo. The V10 has become a lot more economical and the car even has a start & stop system.

The V10 mounted in the car is connected to a seven speed automatic gearbox, called Lamborghini Doppia Frizione. The E-gear is now completely retired. Lamborghini will not fit any manual gearboxes, as mentioned earlier on.

The first deliveries of the car will happen in the spring of 2014. Lamborghini hasn't revealed any prices yet.
