Maserati Spyder doesn't have its own identity

Maserati is known as a stylish Italian car manufacturer. Give a Maserati to a German company and the next Spyder shows the result. This Spyder lost its identity and class.

The German market for tuning is very big and there's a bumper or spoiler available for almost every car. That's probably why a lot of big tuning companies are based in Germany. This Spyder is tuned by coach builder Rominger, a car dealership that does such projects every now and then. What happened to this Maserati? At the front, we see a new front bumper which comes from the wider GranTurismo. They did some work and made it possible to fit this bumper on the Spyder. At the back we see a diffuser from a Ferrari F430. The bigger diffuser makes the back look wider but due to all these options the Maserati lost its own identity. What's your opinion about this creation?
