There really aren't that many McLaren 688 HS (or MSO HS) produced. 25 to be exact. The hardcore 675LT has been spotted for the first time in the city center of London. In February we already broke the news on this new model, it's great to see we're the first site where this amazing spot has been uploaded!
The 688 HS picks up where the 675 LT left off. How McLaren accomplished this is almost black magic, because the 675 LT already is virtually perfect. This shows that no matter how good something is, it can always be better. The 688 lost between 40 and 50 kilos, and the newly developed front bumper and rear spoiler make for an incredible amount of downforce. And the engine got an upgrade to -surprise surprise- 688 HP. The ultimate car for track days? I think so. The Track Telemetry System comes standard on the car so you can directly upload your rounds to YouTube to analyse your data and to shave off a couple of milliseconds off your best time!
