More powerful and more lightweight for those who want to. Mercedes-AMG was spotted with their AMG GT R last month and last week they were spotted again. After an intensive testing session they went working on the GT R to refine the car even further. Of course this needed some testing and that's why they returned to the track last week.
The Mercedes-AMG GT R will probably be introduced at the IAA in Frankfurt. Earlier we already wrote that the car was spotted in the first half year of 2015 but some rumors say that the development was delayed and that's why Mercedes-AMG is now aiming for the show in Frankfurt. The AMG GT R will produce around 530 hp with a lower weight and a more sporty styling which will create more downforce and stability. According to photographer Mercedesfreak the car created a lovely and very loud sound.
