The MGM Casino in Detroit isn’t quite as luxurious as the one situated in the heart of the Las Vegas strip but nonetheless, it’s a lavish environment for a car show. In January, the Detroit casino played host to an extravagant exotic car show that was open to the public from January 17-25.
The show attracted 800,000 people during the 9 days in which was held at the casino’s Cobo Center. There was also a charity day and various media days throughout this period to gain mainstream media previews because of the cars on show at the exhibition.
The plethora of exotic cars on show at the exhibition amounted to a whopping $7 million, ranging from Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Rolls-Royces as part of the 2015 North American International Auto Show.

The show is just one of the many varied shows that the casino has been staging over the last 12 months to try and counter the revenues lost from the upsurge in online gaming that has affected the casino industry so heavily.
