A Legal street race, that is how you can call the following Ferrari from Special Projects. After the SP12 for Eric Clapton, the men in Maranello started working on the following car. This time the Ferrari is specially made for a Ferrari-lover, born in India, the 32 years old Cheerag Arya.
Cheerag Arya is an Indian businessman who earns his money in the oil industry. He is a big Ferrari passionate and he owns an F40, 365 Daytona, Enzo Ferrari, 430 Scuderia and a SA Aperta. Cheerag was frequently spotted in Europe this summer, with his black Ferrari 599 GTO and of course these spots are uploaded. Cheerag was spotted in Düsseldorf, Zurich and at the Nürburgring. At the Nürburgring he can work on his skills as a racing driver because he also has a 599 XX in his personal collection and he uses this car on the track very often. The Special Projects is built based on a 599 GTO. We don’t know whether this is a new GTO or his own black GTO. This car is used on a daily base so we think that Ferrari probably uses a new 599 GTO.
The exterior of the car is a combination between the 599 GTO, 599 XX and the F12berlinetta. The wealthy Indian could choose out of twelve different designs. The undercarriage is even more sporty, the gearbox stays the same brut also the exhaust will be more sporty. It will take some time before the car is finished but we can’t wait to see the final result and we hope to see the car on Autogespot very soon!
