In honor of the 60-year-jubilee of the Porsche importer Pon, Porsche comes with a special edition of the 911, that is made exclusively for the Netherlands. This special ‘Pon Edition’ is presented at the AutoRAI for the very first time, we are talking about a “world-premiere”. This special 911 was of course shown on the Internet before, but you had to wait until today to see it in real life.
This special 911 Pon Edition is based on the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S coupe or convertible. The car is fitted with a special black paint job, called diamond black. In the interior the color black dominates. The Pon Edition is also recognizable via the letters Porsche on the bonnet. Only 15 examples of this special edition will be built, so it remains a very exclusive special edition.
According to us this may be the most beautiful regular 997 ever built. Turbos, GT2’s and GT3’s excluded. The car looks simply breathtaking with the nice black paint combined with the beautiful black rims!
