At the Beijing Motor Show, April 2012, Aston Martin presented a special series for their Chinese customers. This special series had the name Dragon 88 Limited Edition and was available for the DBS Volante, Virage Coupe and the V8 Vantage S. This series was made to honor the Chinese year of the dragon. Now, the first copy is spotted and uploaded to Autogespot. Only 87 copies left to be spotted!
The Dragon 88 Limited Edition can be recognized by the special 24 carat golden Aston Martin badges on the car, the stitched dragons in the head rests, a special interior and three special exterior colours. We don't know which three colours this are but the press release of last year shows us that you can choose between red, silver and gold. Spotter Star080 was the lucky spotter who got the scoop of this special series. He spotted a Virage Dragon 88 Limited Edition in Zhengzhou, China.
