Possible Audi SQ7 captured on the Nürburgring

Last week, a mysterious Audi Q7 was spotted at the Nürburgring. It's possible that this is a Q7 with the famous S logo. This means a more sporty and more powerful version!

The brutal Audi Q7 V12 diesel isn't produced anymore and this means that the 4.2 diesel is the most powerful version. The gasoline versions aren't very exciting. The 3.0 liter V6 is the biggest engine. With the new generation Q7 the range of models seem to get more powerful. TouriClips managed to capture this prototype which has the characterizing exhausts of an S model.

From 2015, the production of the new Q7 will start and this sporty SQ7 will probably be available in 2016. There's a big chance that this model will be a diesel version, just like the SQ5. The car will get a 3 liter V6 diesel which works together with an extra electronic supercharger. This all has to result in a power boost and a more economic engine. The RS5 TDI Concept engine will be developed into the engine which will be used in the SQ7. WIth a power of 385 hp and 750 Nm of torque this is a very powerful engine. For now, Audi isn't thinkig about a RS Q7 yet.
