The concept 'bespoke' and 'coachbuilding' start to get more and more popular in the last few years. Every premium car manufacturer now offers a program where you can compose a unique car. Aston Martin's program is named Q by Aston Martin and they recently made a unique car for the horse world.
They built a unique DB9 Volante in the Equestrian theme, everything has to do with horses. The Aston Martin dealership in Los Gatos in California ordered this car at Aston Martin. From 5 tot 10 August, the Menlo Charity Horse Show takes place and this one-off Aston Martin perfectly fits between the rich and horses.
Not much is changed in the exterior, the details are mainly in the interior. They choosen an exclusive Saddle Tan Luxmill leather. This is combined with seats with diamond stitching in alcantara. The seats are equipped with a small leather band that refers to horses. In England, equestrian is very popular. The Q-department by Aston Martin knows what's needed to make a DB9 Volante look special. A beautiful leather horse saddle is one of the references to equestrian.
During the event next week, the DB9 Volante will be auctioned at the Menlo Circus Club in Atherton. Of the money that's raise, up to €10.000,- goes to charity.
