The doors of the Paris Motor Show opened this morning. Slowly but surely the first news hits the internet. Rolls-Royce shows a Bespoke Phantom, the Metropolitan Collection.
The Phantom Metropolitan Collection is a homage to world’s biggest metropolis. Rolls-Royce made this clear with several unique details. The wood veneer is a true piece of art in which the skyline is processed. This refers to the big modern cities with their breathtaking skylines. In the interior we can find more than 50 pieces of wood. The Aetherius grey leather refers to the grey buildings in the skyline. In the seats in the back we find a skyscraper which is processed with two-tone stitching. Another Bespoke item is the unique clock with 24 of the world’s biggest cities.
The exterior of the car is painted in the colour Darkest Tungsten. This colour is also used to show the skyline of the different cities. Customers can also choose from 44.000 other colours if this isn’t your favorite colour. The exterior has, just like every other Bespoke Phantom, a beautiful handmade Bespoke line. This time we find this line at the back of the car. Only twenty copies will be build.
