Jon Olsson has recently put up his R2K for sale at a pretty reasonable price of €500,000 and can be seen for sale here.
The car Jon used in the 2013 15th anniversary Gumball 3000 rally is known as the Rebellion R2K which is based on a highly modified Ultima GTR chassis with a Lamborghini Gallardo engine and gearbox and Ohlins suspension – an expensive and highly unique set up finished with infamous ADV1 wheels. The car weighs an approximate 1050 KG with around 1,000 HP giving it an almost identical 1:1 BHP/tonne ratio of around 970. Of course that wasn’t special enough so they fitted it with a Le Mans style body kit that suited the creation perfectly.
