A stunning SLR McLaren Stirling Moss shows up in

In Amsterdam, over the past few days, several SLRs were seen parked on the side of the road. We can deduce that this was the SLR Club once again embarking on a tour.

It has been thirteen years since the last time a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Stirling Moss was spotted in Amsterdam. This example, arriving from Germany, was discovered in an underground parking garage. The Stirling Moss is a car built in collaboration between Mercedes and McLaren, which lacks both a roof and a front windshield. At that time, it was one of the first modern cars in this format. Now, we have other models like the Monza from Ferrari, the Speedster from Aston Martin, the Elva from McLaren, and the Dallara Stradale. However, when it was available for purchase in 2009, it was the only one of its kind.

The SLR McLaren Stirling Moss is powered by a 5.5-liter V8 supercharged engine that delivers an impressive 650 horsepower and 820 Nm of torque. This enables it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of over 350 km/h. To reduce weight and optimize performance, the Stirling Moss was extensively crafted from lightweight materials such as carbon fiber and aluminum, resulting in a weight of only about 1,350 kg.

The interior of the Stirling Moss is extremely minimalistic. There are no conventional doors; instead, there are only two minimalist flaps that can hardly be called doors. Only 75 units of the Stirling Moss were ever produced, and they were exclusively sold to selected customers. This makes it an extremely rare and coveted collector's item.

The Stirling Moss offers an intense and unparalleled driving experience. Its open construction allows occupants to fully enjoy the sounds and speed, all while feeling the car's power.
