While Ferrari's new hypercar, the F80, might be a disappointment to some, the Daytona SP3, on the other hand, is an incredible eye-catcher. Here, we see a model from Paris.
Just a few weeks ago, this SP3 was spotted in Paris for the first time. Now we see new pictures from a different location, where the vehicle is even parked.
The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is a true masterpiece of automotive design and a tribute to Ferrari’s glorious racing history. As part of the exclusive “Icona” series, which combines historic designs with state-of-the-art technology, the Daytona SP3 embodies the legacy and innovative spirit of the brand like few other models. Inspired by the legendary race cars of the 1960s—particularly the Ferrari 330 P3/4, 330 P4, and 412 P, which dominated the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1967—this hypercar blends retro charm with cutting-edge technology.
The design of the Daytona SP3 pays homage to the past: flowing lines, a Targa configuration with a removable hardtop, and striking design elements such as the louvered structure at the rear underscore its connection to Ferrari’s iconic race cars. At the same time, the vehicle incorporates advanced aerodynamics that forgo active elements, ensuring maximum stability and performance on the road.
The Daytona SP3 is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine, also used in the Ferrari 812 Competizione. Delivering an impressive 840 horsepower at 9,250 rpm and 697 Nm of torque, this engine sets new benchmarks. The Daytona SP3 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.85 seconds and reaches a top speed of 340 km/h, making it one of the most powerful vehicles in its class. The V12 engine, the strongest naturally aspirated engine Ferrari has ever built, ensures an unparalleled driving experience.
The carbon-fiber monocoque chassis and the integration of Formula 1 technology into the suspension not only achieve remarkable weight reduction but also provide precise handling. The seats are directly integrated into the body to save weight and deliver a more immersive driving experience.
The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is limited to 599 units and is exclusively available to Ferrari collectors and VIP clients. With a price tag of around 2 million euros and its strict limitation, it is a highly coveted collector’s item and a guarantee for future value appreciation.
