A very rare sighting - a Senna XP in Sydney

In Sydney, we have another highlight - a special edition of the McLaren Senna. Introducing the McLaren Senna XP. But what exactly is a Senna XP? Continue reading to find out.

The McLaren Senna was unveiled in 2018 at the Geneva Motor Show, a one-of-a-kind hypercar. However, that wasn't sufficient for a McLaren dealer in America. They teamed up with McLaren Special Operations (MSO) to create a custom edition based on prototypes. Interestingly, at McLaren, unlike other car manufacturers, they sell test cars and prototypes to customers. They took exactly these and transformed them into a unique special edition. These cars could be distinguished by their special paintwork, carbon parts, and even complete visible carbon fiber. The marking "XP" also set them apart.

This specimen from Downunder is indeed painted in a very intriguing way. A color that appears green, blue, or even violet depending on the viewer's angle. Seeing such a rare example is truly incredible. Pigeon.spots.cars can consider themselves very lucky to have witnessed this car. It's especially exceptional in Australia, as these XP models were originally intended exclusively for the US market.
